QuickBooks will prompt you to create a backup.
Click OK to proceed, as a backup is necessary.
Select a location to save your backup and click OK.
Do not overwrite an existing backup file.
Enter a new name for the file and select Save.
A message will appear on your computer’s screen saying Rebuild has completed.
After getting this message, click OK.
Now, again, go to File and select Utilities.
Then, choose Verify Data to check for any remaining/additional damage.

If you can't resolve the error, you can restore a recent backup.
You can do this by going to File and selecting Open or Restore Company.
