  • Go to the Windows File Explorer.

  • Search for .qbt and hit Enter.

  • You will see result files; delete all of them.

  • You need to clear these files from the bin, also.

  • Close the window.



Create a new remote after deleting the above.

  • Launch QuickBooks and go to the File menu.

  • Tap on the Company Operations and then choose Create New Company.

  • Write your Company Name.

  • Click Remote Store.

  • Input the Store Number.

  • Hover over the headquarters.

  • Send the mailbag to the Remote Store. 


Fix 2: Verify the mailbag after erasing customers

  • Launch QBDT and go to the Reports option.

  • Check the customers' list, and then you need to verify the customer at least two times. 

  • You must review all the details and open them.

  • Tap on the All Options Function.

  • Choose the option I want.

  • Click on the check box that says: Delete the customer.

  • Go to the Files and then choose Utilities.

  • Tap on Resend.

  • Verify the store’s mailbag.
