Here's how you can update and activate your direct deposit in QuickBooks:  

  1. Select Update QuickBooks in the help menu.

  2. When the Update QuickBooks window appears, choose the Update Now tab. 

  3. Before you choose the get updates option, you need to pick the Reset Updates checkbox.

  4. Now, restart the QuickBooks, and when you see the update service message, click install now and let the update install successfully.

  1. To open the help tech window, first press F1(ctrl+1) and then press F2(ctrl+2).
