QuickBooks Time doesn't update any data in your QuickBooks Desktop company file at the time of integration. QuickBooks Time only exports approved time data.

Step 1: Install add-on
Log in to QuickBooks Time as an administrator.
Click Feature Add-ons, then Manage Add-ons.
Choose Install next to QuickBooks Desktop Integration.
Step 2: Choose options
From the QuickBooks Desktop Integration Preferences window, you can choose what to import. These choices can be overridden later:
All team members are deleted: If you have previously added employees to QuickBooks Time, they will not be synced with your QuickBooks account. You can decide to archive them on the first sync.
Share Customers and Jobs from QuickBooks: This acknowledges getting all the existing active clients and the jobs they do to be run through the QuickBooks Time account. Step 3: Setup Web Connector
Now, step two is a new window called Step 2: Set Up Web Connector. You will click on the dropdown menu and select Advanced/Manual Setup.
Click the web_connector link and open the downloaded file.
Note: If you are unable to launch the QuickBooks Time web connector file, go to the Web Connector, choose Add application, move to Downloads, and pick and open the web_connector_XXXX.qwc file.
